Water Bottle Cozy with Handle
I
love this new water bottle for work-gym its by Aladdin it holds 32 oz
of fluid and comes w/ a screw off top so you can add ice.. I am an ice
addict and need lots of ice but I also like that you can drink it like a
regular water bottle....
however I needed a cozy w/ handle since I always have my hands full
when trying to get from the car to the house or car to the gym...Here is the place I found a pattern I used before for my mason jar cozy...and I am using the pattern again for my water bottle...
L-Shape Corner Granny Afghan
Just finished this L shape granny square...I used baby yarn however due to the lightness in the baby colors that picture is hard to see...I currently have 2 more of these blankets underway....so I will share them as well as soon as I finish them..

Crochet Cord Detanglers
I have been in a crochet boredom for what ever reason and couldn't decided on the next shawl style to use so I just surfing the crochet site Raverly where I usually find interesting pattern and crazy ideas for some things... Well I am on a roll w/ wild and crazy I came across 2 different patterns for Cord Detangler for things like house holds wires or those ear buds you toss in your purse only to find wrapped around everything in there and knotted.. How does it get a knot? and I knew right that then that this was perfect for what I needed to get me out of my slump as well as helpful but most of I see burning up my scrap yarn (that so badly needs used used up) and making a few dozen for Xmas 2015 for Xmas gifts for family members never to early to start on Holiday gift making....
Pattern one has a cool snap option/idea that is just perfect for what I need at home to keep those crockpot wires out of the way in the kitchen when cooking...

Pattern two is just as great for various button hole options to keep them wires snug and tight perfect for the purse or backpack..maybe even when you are running you could wrap in around your tank top to keep wire in place if you made then long enough to wrap..ideas I see many new ones coming my way....:O)

Mason Jar Cozy With Handle
I recently started taking a Homemade Vanilla Soy Chai Latte to work to drink on the way in the am since I start work so early...How every I was very worried after toting my mason jar to work and home I was very worried about dropping/banging it as I have to carry a few items from my car to the office....
Found a pattern online & printed the pattern but then got to work & forgot that pattern at home so I remembered how it looked and created it myself... But I need to give credit to the creator.....I started at the bottom and worked my way to the topish area I know from previous ones that I use on my water bottles they need the elastic & need to be a little short at first as they tend to stretch overtime....& wanted a shortish handle length worked great...Can't wait to try this out tomorrow...:O)

Quick Head Band w/ buttons
Just a quick pattern love it...Super Simple and perfect for me...I will be using this to make an order for a lady at work who I am sure will want a half a dozen in different colors to keep her hair out of the face when driving etc...
Part 2 I did a few modification do to needing the head band smaller in width from around 4 inches to closer to 2 inches...I skipped making the increase to 11 stitches and just stayed using 9 to get just the right width & then decreased as stated for 9 to 7 to 5 as previously written Just perfect I also decided I needed thinner yarn for 2 reasons one we live in ARIZONA where it is 115*F in the summer so extra nice thick Red Heart Super Saver for summer is out...I found some yarn in my stash that was thinner as in baby weight just perfect but I think my next few for this order will be w/some cotton as well :O) for moisture in the summer....

Grannie Bag
Loving my completed Grannie bag.. This bag took about 2 weeks working it here and there...The bag was simple it was the lining & sewing part that I had a
hard time doing it but it turned out GREAT!! It was worth all the
effort….Bag measurements are 12 from bottom to the start of the handles row and 12 wide.
Part 1 Using J Hook create the base chain 72 and using the I hook I crocheted the bag up to the starting of the handles…
Part 2 I measured the crochet bag & created a lining creating a middle (2 pocket inside style bag) 2 pieces plus the middle piece as well as a little bias to keep inside lining edging clean..(my mom helped lol)
Part 3 Sewed the bottom of the lining to the bag to the bottom open bag (using thread and did it by hand) I keep it open until finishing the handles..
Part 4 Finished the handles measuring 12 stitches from each corner (middle) then a chain 28 for the handle…same on the other side then 3 row of the handle…
Part 5…Closed the bottom of the bag using the same gray thread as the bag…looks perfect…when done…
Part 6 Took lots of Pictures and then enjoy…
